Công Thức Làm Sữa 3 Bước Thơm Ngon Tại Nhà

Bước 1: Rửa và ngâm hạt điều

Hạt điều nhân trắng mua về rửa sạch, ngâm với nước khoảng 2 giờ cho hạt nở ra và mềm hơn sau đó vớt ra, để ráo nước. (Nếu kỹ hơn bạn có thể nấu hạt điều trong 20 phút để hạt nở mềm hơn mà không cần ngâm).

Bước 2: Xay nhuyễn hạt điều, chuẩn bị thêm sữa tươi

Sau khi hạt điều đã ráo nước thì cho vào máy xay sinh tố cùng 1 chút nước rồi xay thật mịn. Sau khi hạt điều đã được xay mịn thì thêm bột quế, sữa tươi và phần nước còn lại xay thêm một chút nữa cho đều.

Bước 3: Nấu hạt điều với sữa là lọc lại
